O'Hara's SBC will cost you around 130,000 FC 25 Coins if you're completing it from scratch. She can play on either side of the field and has more than enough speed to keep up with anyone. Her shooting is lacking, but if you keep her back on defense, you won't notice it much. She isn't a "must complete," but if you're rocking a USA squad, she's worth the price.
