Mother's Gifts are special items in Diablo 4's Season 5, offering players the opportunity to earn various rewards as they collect these drops from enemies. As the season progresses, it becomes increasingly important to efficiently gather these Diablo 4 items/materials to hit milestones and unlock rewards without excessive grinding.

Diablo 4 Season 5: How To Get The Mother's Gifts (All Rewards)

What Are Mother's Gifts?

Mother's Gifts are rare items dropped by Elite enemies and bosses throughout Sanctuary. These items are tied to a series of collection tiers, with each tier offering a reward. As you collect more Mother's Gifts, the number required to reach the next reward tier increases, making it essential to farm these items efficiently.

Diablo 4 Season 5 also introduces new Unique items, which further incentivize players to participate in high-level activities where these drops are more common. While Mother's Gifts can drop in various activities, certain methods allow for more consistent farming.

How to Farm Mother's Gifts Efficiently

1. Focus on High-Difficulty Content

The likelihood of obtaining Mother's Gifts increases with the difficulty of the enemies and events you face. Higher World Tiers, where enemies are tougher and have higher health and damage, offer a better chance of dropping Mother's Gifts. These tiers also tend to feature more Elite enemies, which are the primary source of these drops.

One of the best places to farm Mother's Gifts is the new Infernal Hordes mode, where players face waves of powerful enemies. The continuous onslaught of foes in this mode provides ample opportunities to collect Mother's Gifts. To maximize your success in Infernal Hordes, bring a strong character build capable of handling wave after wave of enemies.

When you see a Mother's Gift on the ground, simply walk over it to pick it up. If you're mounted, you'll automatically collect these items as you pass over them. Additionally, pets can assist by picking up Mother's Gifts while you're busy fighting.

2. Target Repeatable Events and Dungeons

As the number of Mother's Gifts required for the next reward tier increases, it's important to focus on repeatable events and dungeons. These locations provide a steady flow of enemies, increasing your chances of finding Mother's Gifts. Helltides, though unpredictable in their timing, are excellent for farming these items due to the high density of Elite enemies. Using powerful characters in these events will help you efficiently clear areas and collect more Gifts.

Nightmare Dungeons are another great option for consistent farming. These dungeons are filled with tough enemies and offer multiple opportunities to find Mother's Gifts and other valuable loot. Running these dungeons repeatedly can yield a steady supply of Gifts and help you reach higher reward tiers more quickly.

Mother's Gift Rewards

There are 20 reward tiers associated with Mother's Gifts in Season 5, each offering different rewards as you progress. The first tier requires only one Mother's Gift, but the number needed increases with each subsequent tier. You can track your progress and see upcoming rewards in The Mother's Gift menu within the game.

Most of the rewards from Mother's Gifts come in the form of loot caches, which contain random items. While Legendary Caches have a high chance of dropping Legendary gear, the items you receive may not always be ideal for your character.

Here's a rundown of the rewards you can earn from Mother's Gifts:

Tier 1: 5,000 XP and a Triune Parcel

Tier 2: "The Past Behind Us" Seasonal Side Quest and a Triune Crate
