12 Hidden Secrets in Limgrave in Elden Ring

Jul-04-2024 PST Elden Ring

Today, I'm going to walk you through 12 things you might have missed in Limgrave to make sure you've collected all the items, completed all the quests, and leveled up as much as possible to give you the best chance as you make your way through the rest of the Lands Between. Of course, as a novice, you can buy cheap Elden Ring Runes through MMOexp in exchange for equipment items to get a good start. Now, let's dive into the first tip.

12 Hidden Secrets in Limgrave in Elden Ring

1. Finding Boc the Seamster

As you explore just off the main road, south of where you find the Limgrave West map and the Gray Site where you were given Torrent, you'll hear a voice coming from the bushes. The voice appears to be coming from a tree. Attack it in any way you see fit (rolling works too), and Boc the Seamster will reveal himself. He'll explain why he's there and give you a hint about a cave on the coast. For those who prefer avoiding hard spoilers, I won't give the exact location, but feel free to ask if you need it!

2. Hidden Site of Grace

This well-hidden Site of Grace in Limgrave is in a great location for traveling around the area. It's taken me four separate run-throughs to find it. Located in the middle of East and West Limgrave, at the top of the river with a few caves and catacombs nearby, this site gives you excellent access to many other tips mentioned here.

3. Summoning Bloody Finger Hunter Yura

To take on the Flying Dragon Agheel in Agheel Lake, you can summon Bloody Finger Hunter Yura. Head north up the canyon, where you'll be invaded by a Bloody Finger. Yura will join the fight. Ensure Yura survives; you can die as many times as needed. After the invader is defeated, find Yura further down the canyon and exhaust his dialogue. He'll tell you to avoid Agheel Lake. To summon Yura for the dragon fight, aggro the dragon, die, and respawn at the Stake of Marika. Speak to Yura at the Seaside Ruins, and his summon sign will appear near the Stake of Marika when you're ready to fight the dragon again.

4. Obtaining Smithing Stones

From the previously mentioned Site of Grace, head northwest to the Storm Hills. Use the spirit spring to jump up, and you'll see an item encased in stone. Bait an attack from a giant to smash it open and collect the level 1 and level 2 Smithing Stones. If you feel strong enough, you can defeat the giants for easier access.

5. Finding Blaidd the Half-Wolf

In Eastern Limgrave's Mistwood, you'll hear howling around the ruins. Return to the Church of Elleh and ask Kalé about the howling. He'll give you an emote. Go back to Mistwood, use the emote when you hear the howling, and Blaidd will appear. Talk to him to start his questline. He'll ask you to kill Darawil in the Forlorn Hound Evergaol. Summon Blaidd for the fight, and once you defeat Darawil, Blaidd will reward you and direct you further in his quest.

6. Great Early Game Talisman

In Summonwater Village, head southeast to find a cave requiring a Stonesword Key. Inside, kill the turtles for turtleneck meat and find a talisman that increases your stamina regeneration, similar to the Chloranthy Ring from Dark Souls.

7. Kenneth Haight's Questline

Northeast of the Mistwood Outskirts Site of Grace, you'll find Kenneth Haight asking for help. He'll ask you to liberate Fort Haight to the south. Make sure to grab the half medallion on top of the fort. Return to Kenneth, exhaust his dialogue, and accept his offer to pledge into his service. Follow his questline for more rewards and an engaging story.

8. Church Invasion

After defeating the Tibia Mariner boss, head northeast to a church where you'll face an NPC invasion. The invader packs a punch but is easy to telegraph. Defeat her and enter the church to find a Site of Grace and two crafting recipe books.

9. Hidden Underground Area

East of the Mistwood and north of the Minor Erdtree, you'll find a circular building with a lift down. This leads to a massive, stunning underground area. It's completely optional but a must-see for any explorer.

10. Hidden Talisman

Southwest of the Seaside Ruins, use the spirit spring to jump down to the beach. Defeat the crab and Nosferatu-like enemies to collect a talisman that reduces holy damage. There's also a cave nearby with additional loot.

11. Roundtable Hold Secrets

At Roundtable Hold, past the blacksmith and downstairs, you'll find two sealed rooms requiring Stonesword Keys. The first room contains a powerful crossbow and bolts. The second room, which requires two keys, holds an assassin's prayer book for minor faith spells.

12. Clear the Weeping Peninsula First

Before tackling Stormveil Castle, head south to the Weeping Peninsula. The main boss here is easier, and clearing the area will help you level up and collect valuable items, making Stormveil Castle more manageable. Finally, whether you are a novice or an old hand, if you want to complete the task easily, it is a good choice to buy cheap Elden Ring Items in exchange for powerful weapons and equipment through MMOexp. At the same time, MMOexp has the advantages of high transaction efficiency and more discounts compared with other platforms.
